Reporting to the Hospitality Manager, the primary role of the Taproom Server is to deliver an
exceptional experience to all brewery guests with authentic and enthusiastic hospitality. The
Taproom Server will have a thorough knowledge of all Bench beer, the story behind our
products and lead our guests through engaging tastings. Along side our amazing beer, the
Taproom Server will have exceptional knowledge of the Kitchen at Bench menu. Taproom
Servers will assist with all areas of guest experience including conducting brewery tours,
events, festivals and at times off-site community engagements.

• Provide menu tours of both tap list and Kitchen at Bench menu

Dishwasher/ Prep Cook Reports to: Head Chef About Bench Brewing: The Role:
Responsibilities: • Properly remove all food particles from pots, pans, dishes and cutlery before
sanitizing in dishwasher • Properly dry all items coming out of the dishwasher when clean, and putting away in
their designated storage areas in an organized manner • Sweeping floors whenever necessary • Mopping floors whenever necessary • Removal of garbage, recycling, food waste and oil products to be placed in their
designated areas of disposal outdoors. EVERYTHING must be sorted and broken
down properly • Minor food preparations when needed • Ensure hair is properly covered and maintained as to not contaminate food and clean

RETAIL ASSOCIATE Reports to: Hospitality Manager About Bench Brewing: The Role: Reporting to the Hospitality Manager, the primary role of the Retail Associate is to deliver an

Retail Associate will be the first point of contact with guests and as such will deliver a Bench’s
